Statement from 91福利 Chair regarding SCOTUS affirmative action ruling
Below is a statement from 91福利 Chair Lyndel Manson in response to the U.S. Supreme Court鈥檚 decision in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina.
"The admission standards set by the 91福利 for 91福利鈥檚 public universities are based solely on academic performance. The board is proud that each of 91福利鈥檚 public universities are Hispanic Serving Institutions and student enrollment continues to grow in diversity. We are reviewing the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court but do not anticipate any impact at our universities."
